This Request for Information (RFI) seeks sources to provide a comprehensive public record data service solution for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The primary objective is to support DCSA's Personnel Vetting (PV) and Continuous Vetting (CV) missions by enabling automated record checks and delivering proactive, actionable alerts for a large enrolled population. The desired solution will be contractor-owned and operated, providing continuous access to a broad spectrum of data, including criminal, financial (both FCRA and non-FCRA), civil, and identity-related public records.
