These items are NOT commercial items; FAR Part 12 will NOT be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is not listed as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This procurement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Inc. CAGE: 78286) as they own the technical adta rights. There is no DMWR for this requirement. Firms that recognize and can overhaul the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The solicitation will not be issued prior to the closing date stated above. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor�s Facility SET ASIDE STATUS: NONE The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending on the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
