Quotation Due Date (Closing Date): All eligible MSRA/ABR holders must submit their Quotations via email no later than July 16, 2 026 at 10:00AM JST. Access to Attachments: Attachments are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan. Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract Specialist directly via email.
