This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912P626QA017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Environmental Laboratory Services. This acquisition is now unrestricted and the CMMC requirement is reduced to Level 1. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Great Lakes and Ohio Rivers Division Civil Works and Operations and Maintenance missions require environmental sample analysis support, necessary for characterization of soils, sediments, groundwaters, surface waters, tissues, oils, wastes, and other environmental sample types. Contractors must register with sam.gov, prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and to place a bid/proposal in response to the Solicitation.
