Amendment 0001: Amendment 0001 is issued to provide a corrected quote sheet. The previously posted sheet inadvertently omitted line items 0001 through 0013. The corrected sheet is attached and fully replaces the prior version. See attachment: Updated_Quote Sheet_15B0AT26Q20800002 0001 The solicitation closing date is extended to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 17, 2026. Vendors who previously submitted quotes may submit a revised quote using the corrected sheet, but only if they wish to add line items, update pricing, or otherwise modify their original submission. Previously submitted quotes will remain eligible for the line items originally quoted, provided those items are unaffected by this amendment and the quotes remain valid. Vendors seeking consideration for line items 0001 through 0013 must submit pricing for those items by the amended closing date and time. New quotes will also be accepted through the amended closing date and time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15B0AT26Q20800002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Q4 FY26 Subsistence for FCI Loretto. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, with a small business size standard of 700 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Any line items identified as Kosher shall be certified by an accepted Orthodox Kosher certification agency from the United States or Canada. Certified Halal items shall be certified by a Halal Certification Agency. See attachment Halal Religious Certification Requirements and General Specifications for additional information. Quoters must include a letter of certification from the religious certification agency dated no more than 11 months from the date of the quote provided for all Kosher and Halal line items. (iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point Delivery address: FCI Loretto 772 Saint Joseph Street Loretto, PA 15940 Required delivery: All in one shipment to be delivered. Delivery is to be completed within thirty (30) days of award, Deliveries are on a first come first served basis. Deliveries must be made Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 1:00 pm EST. Federal holiday deliveries will not be accepted. Delivery schedules must be pre-arranged with the receiving warehouse. Upon Award, the Food Service Warehouse must be contacted prior to delivery for approval or adjustments in delivery schedule. Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced. Failure to deliver within the established time frame will be considered as nonconformance to the terms of the contract. All items will be closely inspected. All deliveries must be palletized. All non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34 degrees F and 41 degrees F. All canned goods must be delivered above 34 degrees F and not frozen. All frozen foods must be delivered at 0 degrees F or below. Any product that indicates prior thawing will be refused. All certified religious diet items must be marked with the Kosher Symbol on individual packages, or the item will be refused. Receipt of delivery may be conditional for a period of three (3) days in order to allow for adequate examination and testing. Some items may require thawing and cooking to determine specifications compliance. Items that fail to meet specifications will be refused. If the product is not accepted, in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 (a), “The Government may require repair or replacement of nonconforming supplies or reperformance of nonconforming services at no increase in contract price.” Items which are conditionally received, and found to be unacceptable, must be picked up at the vendors' expens
