This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026 01. This solicitation is Full and Open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is J045 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment. The Minneapolis VA Health Care System, Minneapolis VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417 is seeking to purchase Cooling Tower Maintenance, Repair, and Training Services.
