The work involves, but is not limited to the following: Decommissioning of existing FCUs, 2 pipes Draining to the required extent Disconnecting cold water- and condensate pipes Electrical disconnection FCU’s and room controllers Removal and disposal existing FCU’s and pipes Execution planning Delivery and installation of 73 FCU’s incl. pipes, valves, actuators and room controllers Connection cold water- and condensate pipes Pipe insulation Electrical connection Hydraulic balancing Commissioning Documentation All as described in detail in the solicitation documents.
