35 OSS based in Misawa AB, Japan, requires forty-nine (49) water purification systems. The Katadyn model, MROD-06-LL1-RES, is a lightweight water source solution that supports flying operations and is used as survival kits contained within the ejection seats. Its reliability is critical to pilot survival in times of emergency egress. IAW Technical Order (T.O.) 14S-3-51, Table 7.3, and a waiver provided by PACAF/A31, the Katadyn MROD is authorized for install and utilization in aircrew survival kits across PACAF. Additionally, kindly fill in applicable fields on the attached RFQ and submit a quote by 0900 hours on 1 Jul 2026 (JST) / 2000 hours on 30 Jun 2026 (EST).
