The Contractor shall furnish all supplies at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Shipping included in cost. No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
