THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) in coordination with the Defense Centers for Public Health – Aberdeen(DCPH-A) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, with Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Centrall, LLC 110 S HILL ST SOUTH BEND, IN 46617-2702 as the only responsible source that can provide Non-Drinking Water Sample Analysis services. The Government requires uninterrupted non-drinking water sample analysis services in support of the Public Health Office's Mission.
