Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to enter into a contract with E2M TECHNOLOGIES B.V., CAGE H2G32, AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS. The statutory authority for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source. Item/Service Description Services are for the Motion Base component of the Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN) Extended virtual reality (VR) and treadmill system.
