SOURCES SOUGHT INTRODUCTION The 136th Mission Support Contracting Office is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for billboard marketing. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified contractors and their socio-economic size status under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 541850.
