ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, has a requirement and intends to execute a Job Order (JO) for the procurement of a Mini-Field Segment, Part Number RJMIFS50023, in support of the JANUS Engineering Development program. The proposed contract action is for the supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Raytheon Company, 1100 Wilson Blvd Ste 2000, Arlington, Virginia 22209, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
