Amendment #2: The purpose of Amendment #2 to the Hanley VBA 5th Floor- Construction solicitation is to incorporate the updated Specifications document, "UPDATED SPECIFICATIONS Hanley VBA 5th Flr Relocation R1." The updated Specifications document changes the substantial completion date to two-hundred forty (240) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All remaining contract work must be completed and accepted by the GSA no later than two-hundred seventy (270) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (page #11). Proposals are due Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 by 5:00 pm EST.
