137th SOW ISB Safety Kits The 137 Special Operations Wing (137 SOW) requires the procurement and delivery of fully assembled ISB Safety Kits. These kits contain a diverse array of safety, operational, and survival equipment necessary to sustain personnel during field operations and investigative duties. Eligibility: [100% Small Business Set-Aside]. "Brand Name or Equal" items are acceptable unless specifically restricted by the Government. Delivery / Location: 137 Special Operations Wing, 5624 Air Guard Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73179. Delivery is required within 30 days of the contract award date.
