About this opportunity
Under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, the 911th MSG/PK, intends to award a five-month, sole source, Firm-Fixed Price, Labor Hour and Cost Reimbursement contract extension, to the incumbent Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Woman-Owned Small Business, Criterion Corporation. Use of the authority under RFO 6.103-1 and 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source – No other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, was found appropriate as any lapse in the award of a contract for Base Operations Support (BOS) services, which provides mission-essential services to Pittsburgh ARS and other tenant organizations, would result in the shut-down of operations at Pittsburgh ARS, PA and loss of support to the tenant organizations.
