See Attachment for Salient Characteristics. Offerors must submit one firm fixed price quote for all the items included in this requirement. Partial quotes may be considered technically unacceptable. Quotes must be received via the GPE by the date and time listed in the solicitation. Quotes that are posted late (i.e. after the date and time listed), incomplete, or at any location other than the GPE solicitation will be considered to be late and will not be evaluated by the Government. The Government will award a firm fixed price delivery order to the responsible offeror that submits a fully responsive offer determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.
