About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hologic Sales and Service, LLC for the procurement of ThinPrep® 5000 Processor, associated laboratory equipment, installation, training, and support services at the Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 12.102(a), soliciting from a single source. The Contractor shall provide Hologic-brand ThinPrep® 5000 Processor and related system disposables, installation, project management, calibration, training, and support services, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract.
