This Sources Sought/ Request for Information (RFI) notice is being posted In Accordance With (IAW) DFARS 206.302-1(d). Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division has a requirement to provide installation ready AN/SPN-46 PAR equipment to the Fleet. The AN/SPN-46 system provides stabilized PAR services for Air Traffic Control (ATC) aboard Navy Carriers. A replacement AFC motor is required to be form, fit, and functionally identical with the existing obsolete motor, part number 43A1893. This RFI is issued as part of a procurement strategy for the AN/SPN-46 obsolescence replacement strategy. This procurement includes the replacement of the AN/SPN-46 PAR AFC 12VDC motor.
