Amendment 0001 - This amendment adds FAR 52.237-1 site visit and extends the offer due date to 06/26/2026 at 10:00am. Site visit is being conducted on 06/23/2026 at 9:30am at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Contractors shall email the Contracting Officer (daniel.zielinski@va.gov) with their intention to attend no later than 06/19/2026 at 3:00pm EST. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This firm-fixed price requirement is for chiller and cooling tower water treatment services at the Canandaigua VAMC. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Vendors shall have an active SAM.gov and SBA registration in order to be eligable for an award. Vendors should review the entire solicitation. Instructions to Offerors located in section E.1 and Evaluation Criteria is located in section E.2.
