The work specified herein consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, and materials required to renovate of a portion of building 301, Rooms requiring work will be Rooms 101,102, 111, 112 & 113. Rooms 101 & 102 will have the walls, doors, frames, window trim and floor painted. Rooms 111,112 & 113 will have the ceiling grid & panels, lighting removed and Replaced.
