STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES (SOO) Summary of Work: Cleaning of HVAC ductwork in the U.S. Forest Service Supervisor Office, located at 605 West Main St. Russellville, AR. 72801. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform the following work on 12 HVAC units. Remove, clean, and reinstall all supply and return registers. Place ductwork in negative air pressure with HEPA filter negative air vacuum. Clean critical HVAC unit components such as blower motors, evaporator coils and plenum.
