SEE ATTACHED SOURES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR COMPLETE DETAILS Vendors must have the ability to transport, emplace, and service portable latrines (porta-potties, latrine trailers), mobile handwashing stations, and dumpsters at locations across the southern U.S. border, to include in remote and austere environments. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations when disposing of waste. Vendors must have the capability to anchor latrines to the ground in a way that will prevent them from being knocked over by wind gusts up to 60 mph. Servicing of latrines includes pumping, cleaning, clearing litter and debris from a three-meter area around each latrine unit, and restocking toilet paper.
