Amendment 0002 purpose: 1. Provide a Revised Labor Hour Pricing Table: A revised "Attachment 05 - Sections L&M" is hereby provided to incorporate a new Table 4, which formally breaks down the estimated labor hours into the 80% Contractor-site and 20% Government-site split. Offerors MUST use this revised table as the common basis for all cost proposal preparation. 2. Final Q&A Responses: This amendment provides the Government's official response to one final administrative question received from industry. 3. Q&A Period is Closed: The deadline for receipt of all industry questions was 2:00 PM Eastern Time on June 18, 2026. The Q&A period is now officially closed.
