The 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) has a need for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Contractor(s) to provide septic pumping services to airframes in preparation of maintenance and repair and aircraft in transit. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, personal protective gear, and labor required to drain, flush, clean, and prepare for freezing temperatures, the designated reservoirs and dispose of waste materials, in accordance with the procedures outlined in the performance work statement (PWS). The company shall own hose and attachment fittings to connect to US Air Force and US Navy C-130 aircraft (part number M2651-133-11).
