Project Title: Shared Visions Technical Assistance Iowa Code 279.51 Programs for at-risk children. Funds appropriated shall be allocated to the Area Education Agencies to assist school districts in developing program plans and budgets under this section and to assist school districts and child development programs under Iowa Code section 256A.3 in meeting other responsibilities in early childhood education. Scope of Work The grantee (AEA) will identify AEA representatives to provide technical assistance to Shared Visions Programs in the corresponding region during FY27.
