The 2nd Contracting Squadron (2 CONS) at Barksdale AFB, LA, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) pipe insulation, removal, replacement, and installation services to support the Civil Engineering Squadron. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools materials, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to perform aluminum jacketing/cladding installation on exterior HVAC piping systems at Barksdale AFB. Aluminum cladding shall be secured by appropriate banding and screws. Aluminum cladding joints, penetrations and termination points shall be sealed with mastic or other approved sealant to prevent moisture from penetrating the insulation.
