The purpose is to announce the USGS intent to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis for a five-year service and maintenance agreement to support the SPECTROMAT?TI BOX (Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer—TIMS) located at the USGS National Center, Reston, VA.
