The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile Directorate of Contracting (DOC) is seeking information regarding capability and availability of potential contractors to construct The Black Warrior and Tombigbee Alabama-Coosa Project Management Office in Tuscaloosa Alabama. The contract will require the selected contractor to provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the required Project Office, including required site work, utilities, environmental remediations, and ancillary requirements, based on the Offeror’s Design-Build to Budget full design, in compliance with applicable Department of Defense, US Federal, and partner nation codes and standards.
