NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Air Force District Washington (AFDW)/PKF intends to award a Sole Source contract The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 300 Kenan Center Dr, Chapel Hill, NC, 27599-5056, for Enterprise Leadership Seminar(s), see attached Sole Source Justification. AFDW/PKF intends to use commercial acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is RFO 6.103-1, Only One Source, as implemented through RFO 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901, when only one responsible source is capable of satisfying the Government’s requirement.
