The 413th CSB is publishing the formal solicitation for the INDOPACOM Infrastructure & Distribution Contested Logistics Demonstration under the solicitation number W91QVP-26-Q-A700. This Solicitation will utilize the framework of the Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) in accordance with DFARS 212.70 and RFO 5.201. Please read the attached Master Solicitation Package and ensure that the procedures for Phase 1 of the Solicitation are followed. After completion of Phase 1 at the solcitiation closing date of 10 July 2026, the 413th CSB will evaluate received proposals and qualified offerors will proceed to Phase 2 of the Solicitation process following notification from the Contracting Officer.
