About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify capable vendors who can deliver an enterprise-wide bulk print and mail solution to support Veteran communications and correspondence management efforts. The purpose of this effort is to ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and auditable processing, printing, tracking, and mailing of Veteran correspondence generated by enterprise clinical and administrative systems, such as Oracle Health and other authorized VA applications. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses will be used to inform the Government s acquisition strategy.
