W912EE NOTICE OF INTENT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to ABB, Inc. (CAGE Code 8TF40) for on-site troubleshooting/technical support for the DCS880-GF gantry crane drive systems aboard USACE-MVK’s Matboat 4801. Refer to the attached statement of work for complete requirement details. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement.
