Request for Information/Sources Sought Antilock Brake System/Electronic Stability Control (ABS/ESC) Retrofit Kits for the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) 1. ACC-DTA, in support of the Product Director Light Tactical Vehicles, is seeking sources that can demonstrate the capability to design, develop, manufacture, supply and install/troubleshoot an Anti-Lock Brake System with Electronic Stability Control (ABS/ESC) Retrofit Kit onto the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) that meets the requirements defined in the ABS/ESC Retrofit Kit Army Tank Purchase Description (ATPD-2422) and HMMWV Army Tank Purchase Description (ATPD-2099).
