Amendment 4 - The purpose of this amendment is to change the site visit date and time from Amendment 3. *The 2nd site visit will be held Wednesday, 1 July 2026 at 1:00 PM. Badge requests are due by Thursday at 2:45 PM on 25 June 2026. *It takes 72 hours for badges to be approved. We cannot guarantee badges if requests are made after tomorrow. *If there were any contractors who have day passes, they will not be able to get another day pass for 364 days from their previous one. If everyone must be able to go to the 2nd walk through, then they will need to submit badge applications, even for 30-day temp passes.
