This solicitation is set-aside for 100% total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $13M. The FSC/PSC is H345. The award will be made to the quote most advantageous to the Government and best meets the requirement described in the statement of work.
