Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete project 556-24-113 Oil Transformer and Switch Enclosure Upgrades at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL. This project is for renovations resulting in a complete, compliant, and fully-functional project, including replacing medium voltage oil-filled transformers that serve the following buildings on the James A.
