PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT / PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The U.S. Embassy Prague hereby announces an upcoming solicitation for construction services for the renovation of four Government-Owned (GO) residential houses located within the Malá Šárka Compound, Praha 6 – Nebušice, Prague, Czech Republic. The project generally consists of roof and façade renovation works on three residential houses. The scope of work includes the replacement of existing ceramic roof tiles, lightning protection systems, metal flashing, and exterior façade renovation. All work shall be performed in accordance with the design specifications, drawings, technical requirements, and annex documentation provided by the Embassy as part of the solicitation package.
