Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to correct administrative discrepancies identified in Section I of the solicitation and to provide the Government's official response to three industry questions. Accordingly, the solicitation is hereby amended as follows: 1. Correction of Section I Clauses: a. Deletion of Requirements Clause: FAR Clause 52.216-21, Requirements, is deleted in its entirety. b. Update to Ordering Clause (52.216-18): Paragraph (a) is revised to correct the ordering period to read: "from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2031." c. Update FAR Clause 52.216-22. Paragraph (d) of this clause is updated to 60 months (5 years) after the end of the ordering period, allowing for the full performance of late-issued task orders. d.
