SOLICITATION 1305M226Q0135 The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division, on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS), Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS), Monitor National Marine Sanctuary (MNMS), has a requirement for professional conservation services for the ongoing active and preventative conservation care of the USS Monitor Collection.
