Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: Publish the official Government responses to vendor questions (Q&A). Post a revised Statement of Objectives (SOO) incorporating new technical constraints (e.g., automatic lighting, dual-sided ADA ramps/hand cranks, and specific back-to-back shelving configurations). Remove the requirement for the contractor to dismantle and dispose of the existing shelving system (this will now be handled by the Government). Update the CLIN structure to remove the teardown/disposal labor requirement. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment and base their quotes on the revised SOO and updated CLIN structure.
