The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing this solicitation to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Small Arms Weapons Simulation Training System (SAWSTS). The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Bliss, TX, has a requirement for a contractor to provide analysis, subject matter expertise, operational and technical support, resource management, administrative and Site Lead support.
