The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), anticipates a requirement of a rental bucket boat for the CD Canal. This procurement action is for a firm fixed-price service contract for the requirement of long-term rental for a bucket boat for the planned replacement of the canal bank lights. DESCRIPTION: The CD Canal project office will require the long-term (30 day) rental for a bucket boat for the planned replacement of the canal bank lights. The canal uses lights that are fixed atop dolphins to mark the north and south limits of the navigation channel.
