INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NeuroPort EEG System Blackrock Neurotech The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 1, intends to negotiate and award a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106 1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source, to Blackrock Neurotech, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole authorized source for the NeuroPort EEG system and associated components. The NeuroPort EEG is a proprietary system, and Blackrock Neurotech maintains exclusive rights to its manufacture, distribution, software, and technical support. No third party vendors are authorized to provide these supplies or services.
