DESCRIPTION Offutt Air Force Base will host an Air Show Open House from 8-9 August 2026. In order to execute the Air Show Open House, Offutt Air Force Base requires rentals for Golf Carts and Gators. Items to be provided and services to be performed are outlined in the Statement of Need. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS (a) Submission of offers. Submit offers to the Contracting Office via email at or before 6 July 2026 at 8:00 AM CDT.
