This requirement is being solicited competitively as a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Enterprise Information Technology (eIT) Project Management Office (eIT PMO). This requirement is for Electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) Software License, Maintenance, Technical Support Services, and Training for eCTD Publishing and Reviewing Software Products and Modules. Solicitation Issue Date: 08 June 2026 Solicitation Amendment 0001 Issue Date: 23 June 2026 The purpose of amendment 0001 is to correct the due date for questions (as conveyed to vendors), respond to vendor questions, and extend the proposal due date.
