Sources Sought Notice for Juniper software support The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide Juniper software support in accordance with the specifications detailed in the statement of work for the United States Naval Observatory.
