This notice of Intent for a sole source element that is to be acquired as part of a construction contract for the Sebewaing River South Levee Repairs. The sole source element that is required is the temporary relocating of the overhead utility line owned by Sebewaing Power and Light that is located within the construction area of the levee repairs along the Sebewaing River. The work to complete the relocation must be performed by Sebewaing Power and Light or their subcontractor. The prime contractor must coordinate with Sebewaing Power and Light for the relocation of the overhead utility line.
