The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate an Order under existing BOA N0003025G1038 issued on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA. In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, SSP is conducting market research to determine if sources are capable of successfully performing the requirements identified in this PSN. Specifically, SSP is seeking firms capable of successfully procuring and delivering water couplers and necessary ancillary equipment as production and system spares in support of the U.S. SSBN program.
