Updated 24 June 2026 We were just informed by our funding office that funding for this project will not become available until 01 October 2026. With that said, and the latest project request for proposal prices to be valid to 30 June 2026, we are now going to once again reopen the solicitation with another amendment to all contractors that have provided proposals to allow revised proposals with prices valid till 31 October 2026. This is incorrect, in the actual solicitation amendment, proposal due dates have been moved from 15 August 2025 to 02 September 2025. Proposal due dates are 02 September 2025.
